Job summary

Associates In Pediatric Therapy Llc is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in outpatient or home-based settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and coordinate with families and the care team to support language, social, and daily living skills.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification and a high school diploma; BACB certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in clinic or home settings.
• Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under supervision.
• Document daily treatment notes and ensure billing accuracy.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop behavior plans from results.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and team members to support clients.
• Attend therapy meetings and CEU trainings as required.
