Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in center-based or in-home settings. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth while delivering high-quality ABA therapy.

Responsibilities include teaching communication and behavior skills, collecting progress data, and communicating with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Ability to collect and record client data to track progress.
• Strong collaboration with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Willingness to participate in training and mentorship programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team; attend trainings and meetings.
