Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings to children with autism. The role includes one-on-one or small group work, data collection, and progress updates, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with families and the clinical team.

Training is provided before and after certification, with ongoing mentorship and a structured career path through RBT levels.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.

Responsibilities

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
Collect and record data to track client progress.
Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
