ABA Centers of America is seeking Part-Time Behavior Technicians in Springfield, MA to deliver ABA therapy across settings including home, school, and clinic. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision and track progress with thorough data documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect, organize and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
