Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required in Indiana prior to working with clients (where applicable).
• Background check clearance required.
• No prior experience necessary; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.

• Document progress and follow personalized treatment plans with the team.
