Job summary

Thebaca is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy and play-based activities to build communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience required; paid training provided.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate starting at $17, we offer a $750 sign-on bonus for active RBTs, paid training, and generous time-off options. Growth opportunities exist within a collaborative LEARN Behavioral network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• RBT certification may be required in certain states (e.g., IL, IN, NV, NC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
