Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, in center-based and home-based settings. You will work one-on-one or in small groups, track progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are important.
• Comfort with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups and collect data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members; attend trainings and meetings.
