Surpass Behavioral Health in Madisonville, KY is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and teens in clinical, school, or home settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement individualized plans, collect data, complete notes, and collaborate with caregivers; no weekends; training path to RBT certification with paid training, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; bonus for Behavioral Health related studies.
• Strong communication and patience when working with children.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Assist with challenging behaviors in safe, supportive environments.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to update progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets accurately.
• Collect and record data on targeted behaviors.
• Use engaging materials to motivate learners during sessions.
