Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Springfield, Vermont. The RBT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support students with behavioral needs.

This role requires effective communication, a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, and the ability to work closely with teachers and other service providers. A certification as an RBT and experience with students with behavioral challenges are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Experience working with students with behavioral or developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support.
• Assist teachers with behavioral interventions and visual supports.
