Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Kansas seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, as part of a collaborative clinical team.

No prior experience is required, but a commitment to helping children with autism is essential. You will need to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and be available for part-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
