Job summary

STAR ABA LLC in Marblehead, MA is seeking a Behavioral Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis–based instruction in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings. You will collect data, teach targeted skills, and support families under a BCBA supervision.

Position is per diem with hourly pay ($30–$35) and requires timely communication with parents, teachers, and administrators, plus adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent.
• 1 year of direct experience with youth and families needing behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using ABA techniques.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior with children.
• Communicates with parents, administrators and community members.
• Maintains accurate documentation of interventions and objectives.
• Assists with transitions between services and programs.
• Identifies emergencies and ensures child safety.
