Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is a pediatric therapy network seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in both clinic and in-home settings under BCBA supervision.

You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, traveling between clinics and client homes as needed. A reliable candidate with an RBT certification or willingness to obtain one is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach skills in‑the‑moment to support progress and treatment integrity.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.
