Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based positions in Fullerton, CA. The role offers part-time hours with a flexible schedule and paid training to prepare you for ABA support with children.

You will travel to client homes and clinics, delivering 1:1 ABA services, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure progress. A high school diploma plus one of several educational paths is required, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with one of: college coursework completed, enrolled in college, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, registration and insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles radius) to client locations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to engage with children (standing, kneeling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based support in-home and clinic settings (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.
