Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians/ABA Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based support. No ABA experience is required; paid training is provided to help you start immediately. You’ll travel locally to client locations, work 1:1 with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families; part-time schedule with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or college coursework completed.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles radius).
• Passion for working with children; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.
