Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a full-time behavior technician to implement ABA services with individuals diagnosed with autism and related disorders in 1:1, 1:2 or small group settings.

You will receive supervision and training from behavior analytic and behavioral health supervisors. Deliver instruction and assessments, implement skill acquisition and behavior modification plans, and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years or more experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR certification.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and assessments based on training sessions and supervisor feedback.
• Implement skills acquisition and behavior modification plans as provided during training.
• Provide intensive behavioral health services tailored to individual needs.
• Collect and analyze data following Boundless procedures.
• Attend and participate in treatment and educational team meetings.
