Lasting Behavioral Solutions in California is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or enrolled in college.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record client progress and behavior data.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive session environment.
• Communicate with families to ensure consistency and progress.
• Follow ethical standards and comply with regulations.
