Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client locations required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize behavior-analytic strategies to support clients.
• Accurately track client progress and submit documentation.
• Provide positive reinforcement to encourage skill development.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers for consistency.
• Manage challenging behaviors as per individual plans.
