Children Making Strides in Yarmouth, MA is hiring an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, daycare and clinic settings. You will provide ABA therapy, track progress, and draft reports for senior clinicians.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm sessions, a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days, and comprehensive training from our BCBA team. A compassionate, patient mindset is essential and a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with ABA and/or young children is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children in homes, daycare, or clinic.
• Draft progress reports for senior health professionals.
