Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field or student in therapy curriculum
• ABA Technician experience preferred but not required
• RBT preferred but not required
• Training and supervision provided to obtain RBT
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven customer service and patient care experience
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn skills and techniques
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families and patients
• Contribute to a compassionate, supportive pediatric team environment
