SoaringHigh ABA in Missouri is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist in delivering ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement intervention plans, track progress with data, and help set personalized goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification preferred and supported for growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
