Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Massachusetts. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and help implement individualized treatment plans.

We offer competitive pay at $20/hr, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, 8 paid holidays plus 16 PTO days, weekly pay, and a 40-hour RBT course. Various center-based schedules are available.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and assist in data collection and progress tracking.
• Support a safe, structured environment and engage children on the floor or in activities as required.
