Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience with children preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass background check
• Interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under supervision
• Work with supervising BCBA to ensure high quality service delivery
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress to inform treatment decisions
• Communicate with parents and team to improve treatment plans
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as clinically indicated
• Schedule may include driving between clients
