Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to administer individualized ABA therapy directly in the homes of children with autism. You will implement one-to-one intervention plans, track progress, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA.

This role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or pursuing relevant education, and the ability to work both weekdays and weekends with strong communication to supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing related education.
• HOME-based therapy context experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
