Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in St. Louis, with a 12-hour weekly schedule. The role includes supervision by a BCBA, documentation, and adherence to BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training; willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivers one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Submits billing and documents services rendered.
• Updates availability in EMR and informs Client Advocate of changes.
• Communicates with Client Advocate and Supervisor about assigned clients.
• Follows BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
