Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a motivated BHT ABA in the Philadelphia area under Voices for Voices client engagement. This full/part-time school-based position offers a flexible schedule to support residential and vocational sites.

The Behavioral Technician will develop Treatment Plans, conduct assessments, train staff on TP implementation, and monitor progress, with weekly compensation and opportunities to adjust your schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field is required.
• Minimum one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to train staff on TP implementation and revise plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans (TP) for individuals.
• Conduct assessments and implement TP.
• Provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff.
• Monitor TP and update as behavioral needs evolve.
