Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist (BT) for in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy with children ages 1-21. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and help clients develop skills for independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervisors, and a collaborative team. Must have ABA experience, English communication, reliable transportation, and be ready for background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism.
• Excellent English communication, in speaking and writing.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other trainings as required.
• Reliable transportation and valid state ID.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Comfortable working in a team or independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and presentation of results.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities.
