Succeed ABA Therapy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 1–21. We emphasize training, support and a high standard of care across our team. Join a collaborative environment that values professional growth and work-life balance.

We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists and Behavior Technicians, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18.00- $26.00 per hour with strong support and guidance from supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other trainings as required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client.
