Job summary

Avion ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in a hands-on ABA setting. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and deliver engaging therapy with clients to help them reach their goals.

We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, mentorship toward BCBA certification, and a collaborative team. This in-person role pays $18.00-$26.00 per hour in Gardner, KS.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide ABA therapy directly with clients.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors.
