Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. This part-time role offers roughly 15–20 hours weekly and pays $21–$26 per hour, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

You’ll implement behavior plans under supervision, document progress on a mobile app, and support families at home or in schools. CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn and grow by improving social and communication skills.
• Implement goals and programs under the Behavior Plan designed by BCBA/Program supervisor.
• Document progress and milestones using a mobile app while following Behavior Plans.
• Provide services primarily in client homes with some sessions in local schools.
• Support families by delivering true behavior support services and crisis intervention.

Maxim Healthcare is in search of compassionate and hardworking individuals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy (ABA) services for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Help Kids Learn and Grow: Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Always Stay Active: Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Keep Things Organized: Document kiddos’ progress and milestones using a mobile application while following Behavior Plans, objectives, and instruction from the BCBA/Program supervisor.
• Consistent Work Setting: You’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in local schools depending on our client’s needs.
• Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope through providing true behavior support services and crisis intervention.
