Job summary

Headrise ABA in Burlington, New Jersey seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a six-year-old. Part-time schedule — Mon, Tue 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM–12:30 PM — with hourly pay of $18–$25 and a $200 sign-on bonus.

You’ll work under BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills while coordinating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
