Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

You will join a collaborative clinical team, implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, and engage families to maximize treatment effectiveness. No ABA experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
