Job summary

Cortica is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will implement evidence-based strategies, maintain session data, and collaborate with families and supervisors to foster meaningful progress.

Role requires traveling to client sites within a 30-40 minute radius, with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules and comprehensive in-person training.

Qualifications

• 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
