Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA, and to work directly with clients in person.

You will collect data, participate in behavior support planning, teach social and daily living skills, and collaborate to adjust treatment plans. Training is provided, and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
