Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working with children preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR/BLS Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using technology for documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
  • Implement ABA behavior Treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Encourage progress and celebrate meaningful milestones.
  • Track client progress using a mobile application.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and families to support client success.
