Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and paid training; a startup bonus and referral incentives are available based on training completion and performance. Responsibilities include improving social and communication skills, documenting progress in a mobile app, and implementing programs

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
