Job summary

A leading Applied Behavior Analysis service provider based in Connecticut is hiring motivated Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 2-18. This position involves implementing individualized behavioral services under BCBA supervision and requires reliable transportation to different clients' locations. Applicants should preferably have a degree in a related field and experience working with special needs children. The role offers flexible hours and competitive pay, plus the company provides training for certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children/adolescents with special needs including Autism using ABA focused interventions is preferred.
• RBT Certification is preferred but not required. Company will provide RBT Training.
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 individualized behavioral services to children (ages 3-18) using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Document child's behaviors and skill progress using electronic data collection software.
• Communicate with supervisory staff.
