AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our wonderful team in Cambridge, MA. This role works under a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for children with behavioral challenges.

Choose your own hours, Monday to Friday; weekends are available as needed. Pay ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with benefits including flexible schedule, paid time off, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral disorders is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices is essential.
• Background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.
