Olive Branch ABA in Buda, TX is seeking a dependable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with autism, ABA, education, or behavioral health preferred.
• Active RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patient, dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate session data.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Follow clinical and behavioral intervention protocols.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
