Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our ABA therapy team in Texas. You will provide 1:1 services in homes, schools, centers, or community settings, helping individuals communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in ABA therapy and autism treatment.
• Desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Age 18 or older with reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, and independence while reducing problem behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using our electronic software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
