Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in ABA programs, delivered in homes and community settings. Most sessions occur Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with flexible scheduling.

Compensation ranges from $20–$27 per hour, with bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants possibly earning additional compensation. You will implement evidence-based ABA strategies to build skills, promote independence, and address behaviors that affect

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Active auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver is required.
• Current negative TB test is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly support children to develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Implement ABA strategies to promote independence and address behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team to ensure effective treatment.
