Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children in ABA programs in home and community settings. You will implement treatment plans, foster communication and daily living skills, and monitor progress under the supervision of BCBAs.

Evening sessions are common (Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–8:00 PM) with scheduling flexibility. Competitive pay ranges from $20–$27 per hour, with potential bilingual Spanish-speaking incentives based on client needs.
