Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs in clients' homes and community settings, helping children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility based on client needs. Compensation ranges from $20–$27 per hour, with potential extra for bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance with you as a covered driver.
• Current negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Support children as they develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and independence.
• Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team.
