Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services seeks dependable Behavior Technicians to support children and families with ABA programs in homes and community settings. Most sessions run Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM with flexibility based on client needs.

Pay ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, with potential extra compensation for bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants. Training and opportunities for professional development are provided as part of our commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active automobile insurance with applicant listed as covered driver.
• Current negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children.
• Implement treatment programs and strategies by supervising clinical team.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Apply ABA strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Support reduction of behaviors interfering with safety or learning.
• Collect accurate client data during sessions.
• Complete session documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate with supervising BCBAs and treatment team.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and families.
• Follow clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
• Adjust to client needs while following treatment plans.
