Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills using ABA strategies. Sessions occur in homes and community settings, with most hours Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–8:00 PM and flexible scheduling based on client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver.
• Current negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Directly support children as they develop essential communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and independence.
• Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.
