Job summary

Pops-Aba in Verona, NJ is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support clients with ASD and development al disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement BIPs, provide one-on-one ABA instruction, and collect accurate data.

You will help clients build communication, social, and self-care skills across homes, schools, and community settings, while maintaining confidentiality and a compassionate, inclusive approach. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT and naturalistic strategies.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Help clients acquire functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress with families and caregivers and participate in training.
