Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy in Little Ferry, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians to support clients with autism under supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver ABA-based interventions across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods.
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, self-care, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain communication with families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with ABA practices.
