Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-ones direct instruction to clients using ABA techniques, including DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring and practicing functional skills across communication, social, self-care, and independent living domains.
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and team members about progress.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance ABA knowledge and skills.
