Job summary

Achieving True Self is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism across home, school, or community settings. You will be trained and paid during onboarding, with ongoing supervision and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, data collection, and collaboration with a clinical team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (minimum)
• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework)
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle required
• Evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Mon–Fri)
• Basic knowledge of computers (Windows/Google products)

Position: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Hourly Pay: $18-25/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
• Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $12.50/hr
• Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment

What We’re Looking For?

• High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required. This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used.
• Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday).
• General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.
