Behavior Interventions, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to work across multiple NJ locations, including Cherry Hill. The role offers part-time hours with an hourly rate between $20.81 and $26.53 depending on credentialing, plus a $500 sign-on bonus and a four-week paid training toward RBT eligibility.

No experience required; training leads to potential pay increases and opportunities for case assignments and professional growth within ABA services for clients with ASD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree (e.g. education, counseling, psychology, sociology, behavioral health) and related work experience preferred.
• Background checks as required by state and provider.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• crisis intervention certification maintained (through Behavior Interventions).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral intervention to support skill development and reduce problematic behaviors.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with client, caregiver and family.
• Collect accurate data per program specifications.
• Maintain administrative and non-clinical functions to support families and team.
• Attend trainings, supervision meetings and other required meetings.
• Act as mandated reporter and report suspected abuse or neglect.
