Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for certain cases.
• Background checks in line with Federal, State and provider requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification valid.
• Reliable transportation required to job sites.
• Crisis intervention certification obtained and maintained.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral intervention based on ABA to support skill development.
• Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationships with client and family.
• Collects accurate data per program specifications.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to support families and team.
• Attends trainings and monthly supervision meetings as scheduled.
• Acts as a mandated reporter for suspected abuse or neglect.

Education

Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, sociology, behavioral health
